Without this formula, I don’t know what I would do! I took it from February to August, but instead of two capsules, I only took one. At 45 and having suffered from PMS, I noticed a remarkable decrease in symptoms after a month of using super omega 3-6-9. This formula has also helped stabilise my estrogen levels due to its omega-6 content, so I didn't have to buy evening primrose oil. I highly recommend it!

However, I advise caution with Omega 6 if there’s chronic inflammation, and it should be taken in conjunction with Omega 3.

Borage oil has had a noticeable effect on my premenstrual syndrome. I have found that drinking it has significantly reduced my usual irritability. I thought I might experience hot flashes, but it has been much more manageable.
